Your meals arrive in a box containing sealed trays and are delivered cold. Once received, store trays in the refrigerator for short-term use or freeze them for extended shelf life.
How do I choose a tray size?
Use our dog weight guide on the menu page to find the best tray size for your dog. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger tray.
Do I need to cook anything?
Our meals are fully cooked and ready to eat. You can serve them straight from the tray, or gently warm them in the microwave if your dog prefers warm food. All trays are microwave-safe.
